3rd International ABINIT Developer Workshop

Initiated in 2002, the developer workshops is a very important series of events organized every two years (in alternance with  users schools) to gather the most active members of the ABINIT developer group, as well as a few expert users and selected invitees (outside the ABINIT project).
It aims at creating an intense exchange of information, about the latest and future developments, that should strengthen the ABINIT project. The future of ABINIT will also be discussed, and recommendations will be issued.

To favour interaction between active developers, invitees, and expert users, the number of attendees is limited to 60 .

The participation to this workshop is subject to invitation or approval by the organizers (Philippe Ghosez, Jean-Yves Raty, Xavier Gonze, Michel Côté and Masayoshi Mikami).

Important information for reimbursements

Due to internal rules at the University and from the sponsors, the reimbursement of your expenses can only be done afterwards
and on the basis of original receipts.

So, we apologize for the inconvenience, but this means that you need to collect all your receipts and summarize the expenses in the attached "expense claim" form. The only exception is for your lodging expenses : as soon as you have booked your hotel room, in case you let us know  the name and location of the hotel before the meeting (sylvia.grandjean), your invoice will be paid  directly by the IADW.

Practical informations for reimbursement of expenses are summarized below and in the two attached files :

A.  The personal data required to fill in efficiently your expenses claim form (expense-claim.pdf attachment) are:
        - your name and surname
        - your private address

AND (for EC members):
        - your International Bank Account Number (IBAN), as well as
        - the BIC or SWIFT code of your bank

OR (for non European participants):

B. The practical informations concerning the exact documents that must be provided for the reimbursement of the
different kind of expenses (travel, lodging, food , ...) and the way to include the information in the expense claim file
