Activating the new website

The new Abinit website has been made available to public view a few weeks ago. However its activation is not complete yet.

We are currently working hard to make it fully operational as soon as possible, and several important steps have already been completed. There is still much to do, and several teams are currently learning how to accomplish their tasks efficiently.
