You can download the latest versions from the ABINIT web page. The version changes and urgent bug reports are announced on the ABINIT "announce" Mailing List (announce_@_abinit.org).
So you are welcome to subscribe (or unsubscribe).
You can check the major difference between the latest version and the prior version from "Release_notes"
